The Washington DC Offices of the United States Institute of Peace, after having been blocked by lawyers on Friday. Today they were assisted by Federal Marshalls. This also happened at the US Africa Development Foundation earlier this month. The ALT National Parks first comment reads: "America, please helpthis is not normal."
