A loaf of banana bread.

This is my homemade gyro.

The pita bread is made from fresh-milled flour (khorshan and hard white).

The cucumbers are fermented.

Fermented red onions.

The sprouts are freshly harvested.

The chickpeas for the hummus are sprouted and roasted (huge flavor boost!) I also made the tahini from sesame seeds.

The Tzatziki is made from fermented cucumbers and homemade yogurt.

The chicken was pan-fried with fresh oregano, dried fenugreek, garlic powder, and onion powder.

I also added feta, fresh basil, and angel sweet tomatoes.

Plate with hashbrowns, sausage, and eggs. Dish on the side has the yogurt parfait.

Glass jars have all my grains. Above them are the additives like wheat gluten. Along the front are my KitchenAid mixer with pasta attachments, NutriMill Classic Mill and Artiste mixer with siftr.

Above thm are three straw baskets with all the attachments. To their right are measuring bowls 1 cup, 2 cup and 3 cups.
