My November sub goal resulted in this abomination: the Mtn. Dew Baja Blast pie, made from scratch. It's basically a key lime pie using a Baja blast reduction (yes, we went to Taco Bell to get it directly from the source 😂) Haven't tried it yet since it's still setting, but will update later...
