Kinky Coder @kinkycoder.com · 13d but true evil would be replacing the ball gag with one of these. Drill a hole for the feeding tube, pop the rivet on the leather holding the ball gag on the panel gag, replace with this, make hole in the panel and one in the strip holding the gag. Jobs a good un'!

I have one with a breathing tube. Because the jaw is held open, it makes swallowing liquid difficult and thus dangerous. If you want to feed a gagged sub, use a nasogastric feeding tube. There's no chance breathing (or tasting) food that way.
