Hugh, a big hairy blue Monsterized guy with three eyes, four arms and a big flumpy tail, comes home to his apartment that he shares with his human sister Chelsea. She is disappointed to see that he is empty-handed. Hugh: Hey Chelsea, I'm back! Chelsea: You went to the Monster Shop again, didn't you, Hugh? Hugh: What if I did? I just had some minor cosmetic work done. Chelsea: And then you forgot to pick up the kumquats I asked for! Hugh: No I didn't! Hugh pops his head off his body like a stopper from a bottle. He then reaches into the big hole in his neck with one of his other three hands, and extracts a plastic bag full of kumquats from the local grocery. To be clear, his head was not previously removable, nor was his torso hollow. Hugh: Here you go! Kumquats. Chelsea: THIS is minor cosmetic work?!

At the Downtown Monster Shop, Rachel (currently in the form of a four-armed stork) has turned Mabel into a beaver. Rachel says, "Hopping technology? Sounds a bit primitive." Mabel says, "OMG! This is amazing! And I can stay like this as long as I want? No risk of brain damage?"
