Jamey @klocktower.org · Aug 20 I hear you. In my neighborhood, the land is usually worth more than the building (definitely true of my house). On the plus side, having a yard means I get to eat food that I grow myself, which is, I admit, a luxury.

And to be clear, when I say that the land is worth more than the building, in my case (and most of the homes on my block), developers would prefer if the building wasn't there. My home actually reduces the value of that land that my home is on!
