He's rather embarrassedly addressing a crowd as a museum curator, saying, "A-ahem, well, this effigy is quite unique and a rare find indeed! According to some historians, this depiction of a still unknown goat figure is said to alter the outcome of its owner's luck! Fascinating! It is unfortunate, however, that it appears this comes at the price of said owner's mobility, adding increasing amounts of weight in the form of body fat every time this effect occurs... I have coincidentally had a very... 'enriching' past few months since the exhibit arrived."
