Today we must recognize that our protest is patriotic & rebellion is required; as we the people are being wronged, rights stripped, & democracy mired. We need no permission to be a sister resister, nor to step out & take down "the man". It's our duty to fight for our rights doing whatever we can. It won't be easy to stay the course, but nevertheless persist we must; armed with courage, compassion, & pride, & a drive toward all that is just.
