Here is actual recent ad-valorem tariffs on US exports by partner country from WITS (2.4=2.4%). Shown are simple averages across sectors for AHS and MFN rates. Actual rates are an order of magnitude smaller than Trump claims. Adding other trade barriers and manipulation won't increase much. 2/
