Kisses seemed safe enough. After all, Thilan had been the one to kiss him first and Haurchefant's lips hadn't seemed to do him any harm. The frail looking duskwight coughed out an apology as he pulled back. "N-no, please," Haurchefant raised a hand. Ordinarily he'd grasp a prospective lover firmly, confident that they'd be able to break his grip or at least have the fortitude to try if he displeased them, but with Thilan he was afraid. He was thin and delicate and only recently recovered enough from whatever injuries he'd sustained during the calamity to speak and move about on his own. Haurchefant did not want to frighten or harm him and so his fingertips only lightly landed on the back of Thilan's hand. "I fear I was unprepared to kiss you properly. May I try again?" Thilan paused. He'd half risen from the loveseat where they'd been sitting together, sharing a bottle of wine. He didn’t move for a long moment and Haurchefant feared he was about to flee the room, but slowly he settled back down onto the loveseat in the same spot as before, if not a bit closer. “May I try again?” he repeated. Thilan had yet to look him in the eye again and was instead looking down into his wine glass. “You’ve been so kind to me, and, since you seemed interested in such things...” His voice came out a soft whisper, less scratchy than usual.

-inner collar implies another layer that appears nowhere else -same with this white fringe implying an undershirt -This leather under piece is both over and under the side tail it also only goes down at an angle in the front no indication of how it should connect in the back -the sash goes over the hip panel on one side but just kind of vanishes on the other -the bandolier has a Y shape in the front but is a single strap in the back
Artoirel turned and took the risk of opening Haurchefant’s wardrobe. Surely he had something suitable. Inside was the usual array of gambesons and other undergarments for wearing beneath chainmail, a couple of outer chain shirts, and some more casual clothing that didn’t look brand new but Artoirel had never seen Haurchefant wearing. Past that was another armor set, with an unmistakable hole in the middle, the broken edges of the chain still slightly stained with dried blood, and a battle mage’s coat that had once been dark blue but was now mostly black with dried blood. It bore a massive hole straight through the center of the back. Artoirel recognized it as the coat Thilan had been wearing when they first met. It looked ready to disintegrate at any moment. He ran his fingers over the damaged section of the chainmail. Why in the Fury’s name had they kept these things? Artoirel shook his head in an effort to clear away the memories of that day, and reached into the very back of the wardrobe. There were a handful of formal outfits there, dusty, seemingly never worn, and tailored for a much younger version of Haurchefant who was shorter and skinnier.
