Once again, the Lafayette BoC ignores the First Amendment rights of the public. How long will our Parish Council allow them to continue to break the law?? LA R.S. 42:14 (D): each public body...shall allow a public comment period...prior to action on an agenda item upon which a vote is to be taken.
