This is the first SaaS I built. I redesigned it multiple times, wrote more than 150K lines of code, and worked on it nonstop for 8 months. I got waitlist users and was accepted into founder programs. But in the end, it failed. Learn marketing before you build!!! #BuildInPublic

painful lesson, but useful. demand should be tested way earlier than the product feels ready.
