This is known as a "full house" and the player is awarded a trophy for the accomplishment. Both of these tasks are moderately difficult to achieve in the game, given the randomization of encountering rooms and getting the doors necessary without dead ends, so achieving both in one given day, is quite a personal accomplishment indeed.

A small, fat garter snake who has just emerged for spring and is in desperate need of a shed, strikes at a moving large body -- that happens to be an inquisitive Borzoi nose. The borzoi is spooked by the encounter and runs away, leaving the camera op laughing, telling that snake it showed that dog, wow.
