"431 Concord across the street, proposed at 100% affordability, was approved in 2021 and has not been built." Insisting on 100% affordable housing gets you 100% of zero.

This is from the NYC City Planning's hearing two weeks ago, at about the 45 minute mark here: www.youtube.com/live/9GPlXlI... This particular proposal had no public comment, but later in the meeting they heard comment on the proposal to redevelop the Arrow Linen site in richer Windsor Terrace.
