If you'd like to share your thoughts with the Council, you have until tomorrow evening. Email testimony@council.nyc.gov by tomorrow evening or fill out the form at council.nyc.gov/testify/ ("Submitting written testimony" for the Dec 11 hearing). It certainly does not have to be as long as mine. :)
