August 2026: National Wellness Month!
Summer Checklist- go birdwatching, draw with chalk, fly a kite, have your own sports day and read a book under a tree.
Summer Checklist- Have a water fight, make your own obstacle course, climb a tree, go on a bug safari, go stargazing!
Summer Checklist- Have an outdoor picnic, play a game of tag, collect a 'rainbow' of objects, make a daisy chain, skim pebbles in a river or lake!

Instead of asking "How was school?", why not try asking the following questions: If your mood today was weather, what would it be? What's a new fact or idea you want to look into? What part of today would you teach me if you were the teacher? What's something you're still thinking about from today? What's a skill your started to learn or practise? What is something that felt really hard today, but you kept trying? What's a question you asked or wanted to ask today? How were you a kind friend today? What did you feel proud of today?
