This is hard to explain... It's nonsense really. It's two panels of a comic book, the first one with a bald teenage girl saying "I'd love to have to as backup" - In the second panel it's revealed she's talking to... some kind of werewolf? And they're saying "No problems there... But How'll I know when to move?" Like I say, it's nonsense, but the style of the page has these big blocked out areas of black shadow and watercolor textured trees in the background which I really like.
