Mr. Simons, would you be so kind as to point me to the study you had linked to back in Twitter days about how permitting higher sulphur fuels to be burned far enough from shore to not affect local air quality near land could avoid most of this termination shock while preserving local air quality?

In the first graph (which is really good, agreed) does it not look like a similar seasonal hot anomaly is developing in the southern seas (mirroring the northern midlatitude)? Wouldnt this mean that it is more a systematic change in ocean structure (dont know if that s the right term)
Do you think the acceleration in warming from the shipping aerosols has finished now?
