The Forster at al. papers mention GHGs and water vapor lowering outgoing longwave radiation, but not that the cited Loeb et al paper (and the underlying NASA CERES data) shows that OLR has actually increased. That's a gross misrepresentation. I can go on and on (as reviewers have too)
