One item of reverse culture shock for me returning to UK is @beijingpalmer.bsky.social observation on British meals. Today at the work cafe I went with the “lighter” option of lamb tagine wrap & soup, since usual fare is quite hearty typically with either a pound of mash or a full plate of chips.
