It is a nose on view allowing you to see the front of plane, its engines as well as the tailplane. The narrow white vertical structure of the building breaks up the reflection in 5 places with seemingly irregular spacing. This is juxtaposed with the much more regular horizontal black window frames holding the reflective glass.
