In this presentation, I will argue that focusing on building an entire ecosystem for digital credentials is not the most effective strategy. Instead, I recommend starting with specific, high-impact credentials that can build trust and open up unexpected opportunities. I'll explain why developing all credentials at once is overwhelming and how a credential-first approach can lead to more organic and successful growth in the digital trust landscape.
