If the data can be trusted (and tbh, my own experience bears this out), the availability in the Netherlands and Germany is outstanding. In the UK? Not so much. There's a cluster in the Lake District but I'm not sure that's accurate. visitlakedistrict.com seems to have been scrubbed of any mention.
