The plan highlights the expansion/establishment of neighborhoods to the south and east of the current grids, as well as an expanded downtown subarea. In total, an est. increase in housing capacity of ~23k over 30yrs in these areas specifically.

2/ Of the targeted subareas, the all-new East Neighborhood is by far the biggest, with a grid that would extend from the current terminus of E Verona Ave. It would consist primarily of mixed-use and mid-density housing. BTW, green dotted paths represent new trail connections.
