Mark Liederbach @liederbach.dev · Sep 15 2/ Of the targeted subareas, the all-new East Neighborhood is by far the biggest, with a grid that would extend from the current terminus of E Verona Ave. It would consist primarily of mixed-use and mid-density housing. BTW, green dotted paths represent new trail connections.

3/ It's also worth mentioning that this proposes the re-zoning of the highly car-centric commercial land abutting E Verona Ave into mixed-use downtown and neighborhood. Consider this with the existing Festival Foods and new all-day bus service to the area.
