Starscream from 'Transformers: Animated' looking grouchy whilst raising a clenched fist in a taunt against a background of blue skies and burnt trees. His TFA design is base grey with magenta armour and black highlights, he is far more slinky and fabulous in comparison to his kinda blocky designs in G1 and Armada, but still has the arm-mounted phasers, jet engine heels and vents styled as sideburns.

Small graphite icon trimmed from a larger sketch of my OC, Peyton Al-Malick. He's got a distinctly sharp nose, heart-shaped face and a cocky grin. His fluffy hair is slicked back and a bad peroxide blond. He has a gloved finger on the trigger of his sniper rifle up by his shoulder. Drawing is by me, G.B.Bard.

Second bundle of books from Cymera Fest... this time leaning a tad bit more horror-themed. Technically I brought this copy of Stephen Graham Jones' "The Buffalo Hunter Hunter" from home to get signed. 'Twas my fave book of 2025, and an excellent elevation of the Vampire genre (which had so many insightful additions in '25). A truly cathartic read that got me through the increasing badness of last year with the promise of gory justice. Rhiannon Grist's "Home Sick" is technically not yet released until the end of this month, and as it was one on my horror TBR, I jumped at the early chance to give it a read. And I felt guilty to have nabbed the last copy of Sunyi Dean's "The Girl With A Thousand Faces" from the bookshop shelf as it was in such high demand, but I really enjoyed her previous novel "The Book Eaters" and I was really hyped by the prospect of a water ghost story set both during the WW2 Japanese invasion of Hong Kong and also in 1970s Kowloon Walled City... it appealed to my love of histories being imprinted on places and the ghosts that remain. Also got little booklet previews of the Junji Ito Collection artbook and Terry Pratchett's Discworld Beastiary, as well as a postcard previewing SGJ's next book due out at the end of this year - "Off The Reservation", which is sequel to "The Only Good Indians" (I am very excited for this)!

Anna is rocking a little black goth dress and long black stockings, whilst Peyton is in navy jeans a black t-shirt with heart Guns printed on it and a chunky gold chain. They are being ~classy as fuck~ right now.

The piece of fanart on the screen is... well... it's something: a delightfully grotesque rendition of Arquisprite hugging Davepetasprite in glorious colour, muscular, sweaty, bare-buttocked and tail of rippling abs. It is obscene, yet entrancing. And, much as Andrew Hussy probably meant this moment to be stupid and ironically laughed-at... mate... Equis & Nepeta are my fave characters followed closely by the Strider bros ... I legit teared-up. My faves are ALWAYS cursed. They've had so much shit happen to them. They deserve a fuckin' epic reunion as their best selves - wonderful, messed-up freaks that they are. I am posting this with Pride, yo!

Album cover for Chumbawamba's 1988 acoustic album of revolutionary song. Released the year I was born, the original Vinyl/Cassette had a very stripped-back sound (which I also listened to this year) and was remastered in 1994. The album cover is pretty simple with "In the name of all the poor oppressed in the Land of England. Chumbawmba, English Rebel Songs: 1381-1984" in medieval- style white text on a black background. There is a central roundel with a coloured etching of peasants revolting with torches and scythes possibly from a 18th Century etching/illustration.

(( For those who may question my logic here - I believe the Sylvian Trooper is about the only creature that likes this accursed creation, which is so dang difficult to beat. But by the Old Gods, don't catch me assuming the trooper's identity! If they're a follower of Sylvian then they may very well be all-gendered, just for shits and giggles.))

I am wearing a flower crown, rainbow vampire licky-lips earrings, rainbow necklaces and a whistle on a rainbow lanyard. I am sitting inside a Cafe Nero, as it is a little cold out and I am in a t-shirt.

My cat Noodle stretched out in her tower bed by the window blinds. She is a naked grey-black Canadian Sphynx with tubby belly, elegant legs, a whippy tail and a black furry face with beautiful eyes and bat ears which makes her look like a model. The sun is falling on her making a dappled pattern through the blinds, and she is giving a little grin like the work of art she is.

Will Poulter as Shepard, the spoilt rich kid son in 'Death of a Unicorn'. He is shrugging obstinately in a luxurious living room, and wearing a slimline black turtleneck with smart white trousers. He's also wearing a chunky gold watch and a minimalist dark leather belt. I call this aesthetic "suave, but bitchy".

A fine young lady has a funny bat head hat with giant ears atop her fancy curled updo, wears a dark but above-ankle-length flouncy bustle dress, and a wonderful cape with wire stiffening to give the impression of bat wings when held up. The cape is fastened at the front with what looks like an entire stuffed bat? It's really quite ostentatious! Probably 1880s by the distinctive cut of the dress.

Commission of my character Peyton Al Malik by @novkali.bsky.social. He is a wiry Lebanese-English hitman in London in the 1990s. He's defo a bit of a pretty-boy, with kind hazel eyes and a cheeky smirk. Badly-bleached fluffy hair with dark roots showing, he wears a leather biker jacket over a white t-shirt and a sky blue neckerchief, and weilds a military sniper rifle. In this picture he is also drenched in blood, a mix of his own from a head wound and splatter from the bottom left/the damage caused to an opponent from the butt of his rifle.

My black Sphynx Cat, Noodle within a fluffy blanket in her heater hammock. Her forehead is very wrinkled, as if in consternation, and it looks like she is wondering why the fuck her mother has just woken her up for a photo (which is a very accurate assumption).
