and all in a '6" cube'. thats around the size of the GameCube, i hate the price but i also hate the prices of anything right now.

As built I spent 1900 dollars on my computer over '24-'25 Since then, my $100 ram kit went up to $485 My $56 1TB ssd is now $163 My $120 2TB *hard drive* is now $270 Like I dunno what people expected? Somehow the only thing that hasn't gone up is the GPU that's still in ballpark.

yeah this is exactly where my mind went when i saw the prices. like yah it sucks but also have you looked at literally everything right now? i think they'll still make plenty sales because it's still a good device and at a price that's comparable to others in-category. also, very novel device

The SM’s GPU is less powerful than the one you chose. Also, the SM is less powerful than a base PS5 and costs more. The SM has more bugs and less performance compared to modern consoles.
