Impacts on Loughborough Junction station have been considered. A financial contribution (totalling £480,000) towards Loughborough Junction comprising of the following: • £250,000 contributions towards feasibility and design study for an Access-for-All (AfA) scheme (a contribution of £50,000 from the Higgs development has already been secured). • £30,000 towards improvements to platform facilities incl. waiting shelters, seating. • £200,000 towards remodelling the existing platform buildings.
