BREAKING NEWS: Protesters and members of the press filed a lawsuit this morning over First Amendment violations at the Broadview ICE protests. We are also filing for an emergency Temporary Restraining Order seeking immediate relief from the federal government’s violent suppression of free speech.

Media plaintiffs include @blockclubchi.bsky.social, Chicago Headline Club, Chicago Newspaper Guild Local 34071, the National Association of Broadcast Employees & Technicians Local 54041, and individual journalists who've been met with targeted attacks and violence while attempting to do their jobs.
