Police were responding to a 911 call about two Black men walking away from an SUV. Roberto, a light-skinned Latino man, was stopped in a car nearby with his girlfriend and another friend. Officer Jose Salazar tried to pull Roberto from the car, and 10 seconds later shot him in the back of the head.
