A 128x128 blue noise texture generated via the void and cluster algorithm. The RGB channels each have their own blue noise pattern, making the combined result appear like rainbow static. Blue noise is considered a useful noise pattern because its values are much more evenly spaced than white noise. Thus making it much for useful for things like dither patterns that want a more "natural" texture, as compared to a bayer matrix. A bayer matrix uses a more ordered "checkerboard" appearance. I don't know if the pattern is "truly" blue noise, but it's good enough for me.
