At ACEN, there was a 30+ cosplay meet up. There was a woman in her 50s wearing a fairy godmother outfit (Disney's Cinderella) with a wand. At the end of the meet, she handed these out to everyone and said "hold it tight and make a wish". It's been in my purse since. I haven't made a wish yet.
