what do i do if my brand new digitalocean droplet is blocked by Malwarebytes ?? i guess i could create a new droplet and roll the IP lottery again? if they cant fix it ofc

Seems to be in a few abuse DB's but no recent reports. You can either request removal or just reroll the IP lottery as you mentioned. www.abuseipdb.com/check/64.23....

Use a combination of uBlock Origin & Windows Defender rather than MBAM. I love MBAM as a tool, but I don't leave it installed on any machine due to its aggressiveness.

Turn off MalwareBytes and just use Windows Defender. Defender with all the features on is leagues better anyways. If you need an IPS there are other software or hardware options that will give you the ability to whitelist IPs as well.
