4. Clue: Pricing I found a screenshot from June 2023 (left) compared with today (right). We changed monthly subs to 30-day licenses, but increased their value to compensate for the non-renewal. Not only did our churn drop, but people kept coming back ... paying €48 for a countdown timer for 30d 🤯.
