What do you think of your Paddle subscription?

The "mature SaaS" effect is when you increase pricing and all metrics just keep looking better with every increase.

makes total sense. Businesses putting the money where their need is and therefore use the product more. It's not good if you have a high paying customer with low activity.

How is it calculated? Via events in the app? Thinking if customers who pay more have more users using it, increasing that metric?

You pay more when you need it more 😄 Not surprising, but good to see data to validate the assumption.

Isn’t it the other way around? 👉 High Usage 👉 Higher Benefit from Paid Features 👉 Higher Willingness to pay

this makes sense. They are your powerusers. I like to create a cohort of them and watch them very closely. Typically 90% of a SaaS revenue comes from them, not sure how is it in your case :)

Makes sense. How is "being active" caulcated in Paddle? Is it a usage based pricing and therefore more usage more active?

Same in my dashboard. Makes sense - people who buy cheapest plan typically do it to try just the product with lowest commitment and often forget about it later
