But a side effect of writing two mostly gay Regency-like romances in short order has been that I developed a fresh hankering to wear a waistcoat. 😅

It's something about the sheer number of times I had to figure out if Aimery would require help from a valet to get in and out of his lone waistcoat and coat at the start of Heist. Before Lucien takes him shopping for a whole new wardrobe, Aimery is worried about tearing the only clothes he owns. 😭
