I published Ode: Prototype, my 4th game on this platform, on 4/19/2026 at a significant launch event with: • The "Public" option selected • Neither "Disable new downloads & purchases" nor "Unlisted in search & browse" selected • A cover image • Directly uploaded files • Marked as playable in the browser with a devlog entry for the release • Accurate metadata (As of today I have added additional metadata in case this was somehow the eliminating factor, but I have no idea because no one has communicated with me from itch.io) • Relevant suggested tags • Screenshots • No Al-generated or otherwise misleading content or tags • No shock images or flashing imagery I have put many, many hours of work into hand-drawing the art, writing all of the dialogue, composing all of the music, and coding every part of this game myself, and find it deeply offensive that itch.io has betrayed my goodwill and arbitrarily censored this game for seemingly no reason at all. If you can provide a reason for refusing to index this game, I will very happily address it. Please let me know as soon as you can. - Mae Mae Finch Every maethefind"
