I love the new stat block orientation particularly for lair and legendary actions. So much easier to implement and track mid-battle! I like the upgraded variations too, it was difficult to scale thugs and low CR enemies. A great addition for higher level encounters.
Rant 1: Everything should be alphabetical. Skipping to appendices to find Giant Toad is disorientating. Rant 2: No 'Thug'. I won't specifically miss this and I think it's been changed to 'Tough', but there's a few seemingly meaningless changes that are confusing for long term fans.
