I'm designing a 5e encounter with three hags, and the coven spells are fine - but are really just more spells and damage. I want the players to feel like they are fighting one entity in three bodies. All ideas welcome!

Just from the top of my head: At the end of each of their turns, let them contribute to a spell which triggers at the end of the round. It dus hefty damage, but forcing them to lose concentration can disrupt it. 1/2
