LC @makemorecareless.com · May 13 finished an item! this is my second honeycomb aran, tweaked further from the tweaks I made the first time. this time I knitted it in the round, bottom up. this felt very smart at the time of the decision, but not so much when I got to the neck and had to do some cabling from the purl side 🫠 🧶👇

Beautiful! I want to knit something like this in fingering weight.
it also meant I had to guess the right length of the sleeves before attaching them, and eyeball the length of the body to hope that I’d have enough yarn to actually finish. and let me tell you, I judged it *perfectly*. these scraps are literally all I have left!
