I decided to crochet one for my country-living Dad as a birthday gift. I used cotton yarn odds and ends I had on hand with the intent to bleach and dye it.

This was a good idea in theory but, when the yellow was not altered a bit after soaking all night in bleach, I definitely started feeling nervous (did I mention the birthday is almost here?!). Fortunately, the crafty YouTubers pointed me towards Rit Color Remover. One trip to Michaels later...
What a good idea! I might give it a try as well, I'm curious if it works 🙂
