I'm working on a project on cross-national young gender gap that shows dif patterns. The below w ESS & CSES data show 1. Dif in ideology (id=standardized by country) btwn young men & women, where x is year & y is standard deviations 2. Young men & women ideology relative to other age-gender groups

Cool! Would be very curious to see the difference in men vs women as a function of the country’s gender equality (probably there is some index from v-dem or something)

Very cool! Looking forward to reading this, as I have been thinking about it in the case of France a lot, where younger women are the most left-leaning group and older women are the most right-leaning group.

> Dif in ideology (id=standardized by country) Is this self-id Left(0)-Right(1)? (My (unreliable) recollection is that this is the only measure across all ESS/CSES).
