Bowen Turner was accused of raping 3 different girls between 2018-2019. He hired State Senator Brad Hutto to get him out of those charges and he essentially did in 2021. Bowen was sentenced to PROBATION for the sexual assaults. And he violated that probation THREE TIMES.
