Every society has a way to recruit elites, but the UK is just so crazy: Of 58 Prime Ministers, 31 were educated at Oxford. 14 attended Cambridge. 20 went to Eton, a single school. Put together, Harrow and Westminster have produced another 13. An entire country run from 3 schools and 2 universities
