Well that's it, it's official Hecla Lake has dried up. We've had rain and hail 3-nights this week. At the same time all the Boulder Creeks including Coal Creek are full and fast flowing. Some open space over in Boulder also showing signs of overflow and flooding. Water rights, it's complicated.
