Today for example, a whole lot of blocks where nested in a quote block without the user realising. Easy to spot when you know what you are looking for. Something to educate users on.

Lesson #1 with client Me: In the top left is the "List View" icon, now this is your best friend. 😇
It’s still really hard to get “out” of some blocks, like the quote block, list block, etc. This is very valid feedback from your client.
I still do that all the time. What helps for me is to have the left sidebar list view open so I can see where blocks are being placed.
