Image text: We do not allow extensions to depend on other extensions. That means both - you can't access other extensions, and other extensions can't access your extension. Communication between extensions is allowed only between their "creations", for example one add-on creating properties and tagging them, and other one using them to do X. I'm afraid everything related to sys modules and goal of hotloading modules in other add-ons should be removed.
