This is a beautiful Sonic Oc! Just looking at their design reminded me of auroras, so I immediately decided on making one for the background. I already had the pose in mind for this Oc. Pose was a little difficult, but I thought I'd only struggle with the shoes of this Oc, so I confidently continued on.
Turns out it was the hair I struggled with the most, I think it was because of the pose I chose. I couldn't think of a better pose for this Oc so I continued on anyways, reminding myself that this is practice and that struggle is always needed to improve!
This was an amazing character to practice with, in the end I believe the piece came out nicely!

This Sonic Oc is very cute. They like rainbows and art like I do, why wouldn't I try to draw them? In all seriousness, this Ocs vibes was a huge change compared to my last art study. It's more cutesy and colorful, something I believe this style fits more in. Overall character was simple, so I tried adding some perspectives to up the difficulty of this piece.
I did a bit of lurking as I do, and found out this Oc likes Chao a lot! So I decided to add some in the background for a nice final touch.
I've always liked adding something personal to the Oc in art pieces, it was perfect.
Overall I believe this piece came out great!

I personally love anything fantasy, so this Oc was a must try. I don't know why, but the pallette of this Oc gave me thunder - electric vibes. I was originally going to make lightning bounce off him. However, I wasn't sure if this character even had an ability like that, so I sticked with adding lightning somewhere in the background instead.
Their swooshes of hair was very fun to draw, clothing was a bit of a challenge. That's another reason why I chose this Oc, it's a nice mix between enjoyable and complex needed in practice.
In the end I believe it came out fairly decent.

Ever since seeing a Blue Rose in a story book she's read, Rosie has always wanted to see one in person. Blue Roses aren't grown in her dimension. Rex decides to go to a dimension filled with Blue Roses to pick one and give it to Rosie for Valentine's Day. The night on Valentine's he presents her with it and she excitedly takes it and hugs Rex happily. She instantly grows a field's worth of Blue Roses around them using her nature powers.
