A dreamcast-like character design, for an illustration challenge with a Y2K theme. He has spikes on his head, big hands, big bouncing sneakers, a stereo with stickers on it. He has a bag with accessories like a tamagochi and some keychains. He's depicted in front of a city skyline which is refering to urban cities such as Tokyo-To in JetSet Radio.
