It's the poster for the film Becket (1964). There are many people depicted, not the least of them the films two leading men, Richard Burton and Peter O'Toole. The predominant color is purple.
Small antenna on the left is the M5Stack factory-supplied 868MHz antenna, which is not entirely worthless but it is NOT designed with optimal function in mind of the USA's LoRa frequency blocks.
A pair of NEIKO 01407A stainless steel calipers with a digital readout. Supposedly decent quality for an extremely affable price (at least as compared to super-duper ultra-precision calipers that would blow my budget clean to Hell).
A Mean Well LRS-50-5 switching power supply wired up with a North American 3-prong AC plug (via a pigtail cable in the left three screw terminals) and a DC 5521 right angle barrel jack pigtail cable wired into the right two screw terminals. The power supply also features a little potentiometer for dialing the voltage to be a little bit above or below precisely 5.0V.
The NM-RF-Hat, RF moduls all-in-one for ESP32-2432S028 (CYD) Got a whole bunch of modules, antennae, and a backing PCB, as well as a bunch of cables plugging into all the available pins on the candidate CYD. Seems like a no-brainer to me, they cost $24.88-$46.88 USD (pre-tax, pre-shipping), which is quite a fantastic deal given the number of superb modules integrated into this one HAT.
The Orico TCM2U4-BLUE when powered. It has some LEDs (glowing blue in the picture) but they're thankfully not too intense to look at (rare, that). It's a very, very nice SSD enclosure and easy to put together. Feels sturdy too. It's not their highest spec of SSD enclosure but it's more or less a middle-tier offering from a company that is objectively higher tier than any competitor, so it's swanky in my book.

It's a short book and made of a fairly puppy paper stock. The cover art depicts a man driving a convertible and smiling with some sort of crazed rictus germane to mid-century Modernist commercial art. A woman is endangering herself in the passenger's seat, standing up in the moving car and reaching her left arm towards the heavens. She too is smiling and rendered in tgat same queasy sort of commercial art style. Both figures have a certain "Aryan" air about them.
It's a rigid boot with a lot of straps and a plastic frame. It has a little red pump on the upper shin to inflate it. It's reasonably comfortable but also somewhat obnoxious. It is black with red accents.

One last look at the end result. It doesn't look fantastically appetizing at first blush but I think that was due to my expectation that it would be spicy. There is a little bit of Sichuan spice in the broth mix but not enough to significantly alter the flavor. It's a subtle tone that creeps up after eating, but my mouth never went numb.

A fresh copy of Endless Space 2 (PC) on Steam that I've yet to install because while I do have enough disk space I don't have a comfortable amount of it. I like to leave a little free space on my SSDs lest things get dicey due to space constraints.

A relatively short article from my Zim wiki that used to have two inline images. They've both been replaced by some kind of placeholder image and now I'm wondering: why did this happen, how did this happen, and is there a way to programmatically fix this issue? At present I do not know the answers to these questions.

It's some key art from the PC game Voltage High Society (2026) (PC) that is unfortunately at a fairly low resolution which makes it hard for me to work with for creating a stream background. Already made one but I'm hoping to get better art. The art itself is a monochromatic, vaguely humanoid figure with a lot of cybernetics, mostly wires coming out of its head. It's set against a really bright red background. The logo of the game is bottom center in front of the figure. It sets the stage, though it's a lot brighter than the game itself actually ends up being.
